AI infrastructure

Automate your departments. Keep every decision.

Zoro is an AI infrastructure firm for established companies. We map how work moves, build AI systems into the tools you already run, and launch them with approval controls. Defined builds receive one set price after mapping. Your team runs the daily work and decisions. When needed, Zoro can host, monitor, and maintain the technical infrastructure under a separate ongoing arrangement.

How it works

Six steps to a department that runs itself.

We start with how your company actually runs, not with software. Nothing gets replaced and nothing gets migrated, and the fastest first system went live in six days.

  1. 01Map the departmentWe sit with the people who do the work and follow money, messages, and delivery through the tools that handle them today. One mapping resolved 25,000+ records from three decades of operations into a single operating picture.
  2. 02Set the scope and the priceYou get the outcome, the boundaries, and one set price in writing before any work starts. It does not move unless the scope does.
  3. 03Connect your stackWe build custom to your tech stack, into the tools you already run. At a multinational education company that meant joining ten systems into one customer history, with nothing ripped out.
  4. 04Run in review modeThe system reads real events and prepares real work while your team approves every result. At that education company, 100% of uncertain matches were reviewed by a person before anything entered the record.
  5. 05Grant narrow authorityStable, proven actions start running on their own, with limits, escalation rules, and an audit trail. Every approved email sends exactly once, by design.
  6. 06Launch and supportZoro takes the system live and watches its behavior in production. When ongoing support is part of the arrangement, we host, monitor, maintain, and improve the technical infrastructure as the business changes. The fastest first system went live in six days and grew into nine production agents at a ten-figure consulting firm.

The work

How a department goes live.

Every install follows the same shape: we read the operation, build into your stack, and run the result in production. No pilot that dies in a deck.

Step 1

The operating audit

We read the operation before anything gets built: the repeated work, the delays, the exceptions, and what each one costs. Scope and one set price come out of this stage, in writing.

Step 2

The system, designed and priced

You get the full design before anything is built: what it reads, what it does on its own, where it stops, and which approval sits above each action. One set price, agreed before the work starts.

How an install runs
Step 3

Live inside your stack

It goes live in review mode, connected to the tools you already run. Nothing is replaced and nothing is migrated. It earns autonomy one action class at a time, and never for moving money.

Running

Reported on every week

What ran, what it handled without anyone, what is waiting on a decision, and who owns it. We stay responsible for it working, and we improve it as the operation changes.

Case studies

Departments that already run themselves.

Nine production agents and $5M+ in pipeline influenced at a ten-figure consulting firm. An owner's operating week cut from about 50 hours to 20 at a multi-location sports academy. Names stay private; the numbers come from the record.

  1. Case 01

    Nine agents, one daily briefing

A ten-figure consulting firm needed market intelligence to arrive as finished briefings, not as research requests dying in a queue. The first system went live in six days and spread from one team to four-plus on internal referrals alone.

    Capabilities

    • 2,400+ executives and companies watched
    • Finished briefings, not research tasks
    • Nine production agents handed over
    • $5M+ in pipeline influenced
  2. Case 02

Fifty owner hours down to twenty

A multi-location sports academy with three decades of operations ran everything through one person: the owner. Zoro installed the operating layer underneath the business, and the owner's working week fell from roughly 50 hours to 20.

    Capabilities

    • Every lead answered in under a minute
    • One record for family, player and order
    • Roster and email update themselves
    • Seven figures in annual registrations
  3. Case 03

    Ten systems, one customer record

A multinational consumer education company sold through one operating unit and delivered through another. The same customer lived in roughly ten systems that never agreed, so nobody could say which channels produced customers who stay.

    Capabilities

    • Ten systems joined to one customer history
    • 90%+ of revenue matched to product usage
    • First touch traced through to paid
    • Channels that pay, finally visible
  • systems shipped into production200+
  • companies running them50+
  • fastest first system live6 days
  • owner hours per week5020

Every number here ran in production. The case studies show where each one came from.

The existing stack

Keep your tools. We install the intelligence between them.

These are the tools we actually read from and write to, in verified production systems today.

  • Read and write, both ways.
  • Every connection verified before anything depends on it.
  • No forced migration, ever.

Production connections include Slack, Gmail, WhatsApp, Notion, LinkedIn, Stripe, Mercury, Deel, Shopify, PostgreSQL, Apollo, Clay, Perplexity, HeyReach, Hunter, Instantly, Dripify, Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Teams.

FAQ

Zoro does not publish implementation fees or price bands. After we map your company, you get one set build price in writing before work starts. It changes only if the scope changes. Ongoing support is scoped and priced separately only when the system and relationship require it.

It depends on scope. A single process can be live in days; the fastest first system shipped in six. A company-wide operating layer takes longer, and the timeline for your scope comes in writing with the price after mapping.

We design for least access from day one, document every connection, and work inside your security requirements. Sensitive identifiers stay in your environment, and high-risk actions sit behind human approval.

Your company keeps the context, documentation, and operating logic, and your team runs the daily work and decisions. When you want managed technical operation, Zoro can host, monitor, and maintain the infrastructure under a separate ongoing arrangement. A documented handover is also available.

No. We read from and write to what you already run, and we say which connections are live before anything depends on them. There is no forced migration, and nothing gets rebuilt just so it lives in our stack instead of yours.

Consequential actions sit behind a person by default, so the common failure is work waiting rather than work sent. During the build and launch, Zoro fixes problems in its work. After launch, technical responsibility follows the written arrangement: documented handover or managed support. Every action leaves a record of what ran, on what basis, and who approved it.

A few hours a week during mapping, then far less. We sit with the people who do the work rather than sending a questionnaire, and we review the map with your operating team before scope is set.

Usually because it was a pilot nobody owned, or a tool that needed the team to change how they work. We install into the operation as it runs today, name an owner for every decision, and report on it weekly so it cannot quietly stop working.
