Run the calendar, the people, and the details that turn a signed engagement into a running system: kickoffs, on-site weeks, training, and the handoff that sticks.
About the role
A Zoro engagement lives or dies in the weeks between signature and a running system. Engineers do the building; someone has to run everything around the building: the kickoff, the on-site weeks, the training sessions, the hundred small dependencies that decide whether an install lands on time.
As Deployment Operations Manager you run that layer across every active client. You own the deployment calendar, keep clients informed before they ask, and make sure the handoff to the client's team actually sticks.
What you will do
- Run the deployment calendar across every active engagement
- Coordinate kickoffs, on-site weeks, and training sessions
- Track install metrics and flag slipping dates before they slip
- Keep clients informed; no client should ever have to ask for status
- Own the handoff checklist that leaves a client team self-sufficient
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in operations, project management, or client delivery
- Multiple concurrent engagements run without dropped balls
- Organized to a fault; your systems catch what your memory would not
- Direct communicator, in writing and in person
- Comfort on site at client companies, week after week
Nice to have
- Consulting, agency, or professional-services delivery background
- Field operations experience
- Spanish language skills
