Full-Stack Engineer
Build the consoles, approval surfaces, and operating screens companies live in. Dense, fast, obvious software over real production data.
About the role
A Zoro install is judged by its screens. The operator who approves a payment at 7am, the founder who checks the money before a call: if the software is slow or confusing, the system loses their trust and the install fails.
You will build those surfaces: the consoles companies live in, the approval flows that keep humans in charge, and the services underneath them. Real production data, real latency budgets, real users from week one.
What you will do
- Build the consoles and approval surfaces clients use every day
- Own features from the data model to the last pixel
- Hold performance budgets over real production data volumes
- Work directly with deployed engineers on what the field needs
- Keep the software dense, fast, and obvious
What we are looking for
- 4+ years with TypeScript, React, and Node in production
- Strong Postgres: schema design, queries, and migrations
- Design sense: you notice when a screen is wrong before anyone says so
- Production ownership: you have been on call for what you built
- Clear writing, because the team is small and async
Nice to have
- Next.js App Router and streaming interfaces
- Internal tools or operations software
- Accessibility work on dense, keyboard-heavy screens
