About
Zoro runs on Zoro.
Zoro builds AI systems to an operator's standard, not a vendor's. Everything installed for clients started as infrastructure running real operating companies.
The story
Built for his own companies first.
Zoro runs its own companies on infrastructure it built. The systems watch the money, move the work, and hold the standard whether anyone is in the room or not. Clients get that same capability, from the same company.
The proof travels. Zoro delivered a working proof of concept inside a ten-figure global consulting firm in six days, then expanded it into multiple production agents across teams and practice areas. The work combines enterprise engineering with the daily reality of operating: serving clients, managing delivery, and seeing the money.
How I work
Four principles, held on every engagement.
Diagnose beneath the requested object.
The thing asked for is rarely the thing worth building. The work starts at the operating problem underneath it.
Deterministic where exact, AI where judgment helps, humans where risk lives.
Each layer does the job it is actually good at. Nothing more, nothing less.
Scope, responsibility, and proof are explicit before execution.
What will be built, who owns the outcome, and how it will be verified are settled before work begins.
The live system replaces the deck.
Proof is a running system inside a real company, not a presentation about one.
Worked with / trusted by
Companies and institutions Aryan has worked with or been trusted by.
Selected systems work
Deep in the AI world, not adjacent to it.
Proprietary datasets for a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund
Originated and delivered data that does not exist elsewhere, built to the standard quantitative buyers hold.
Data systems for a frontier AI lab
Production data work inside one of the labs training the models everyone else builds on.
Gerra, a proprietary data company
Aryan's own data business: originating, licensing, and developing datasets for funds, AI labs, and robotics teams.
