Module 02

Client and Team Communications

The context each conversation needs travels with it, so routine replies get drafted, approved, and sent without living in one person's head.

The problem

Client and team messages land in WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, and email. The context needed to answer them lives somewhere else, in other people's heads and other tabs. So replies wait on whoever happens to know.

What it does

  1. Reads

Your conversations across WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Gmail.

  2. Remembers

Who this is, what you have promised them, what was decided last time, and how you handle this channel.

  3. Prepares

A reply, or the next step, written from what your company actually knows right now.

  4. Does

Sends it to you to approve, handles the routine ones itself where you have allowed it, and confirms it went.

Your controls

You decide what it can touch, and you can see it.

  1. Nothing sends without your approval, unless you decide otherwise.

  2. You set what it can send on its own, channel by channel.

  3. Every approved send comes back confirmed, so nothing goes quiet.

Communications Autopilot

Proof surface

A real message running the full path: it arrives, the context loads, you approve, it sends, it confirms. The same flow Zoro runs on its own inbox.

It connects to the rest

The routine replies go out fast and correct. The messages that actually need you still wait for you.
