AI Infrastructure: The Numbers from Real Installs
Where do these numbers come from?
Three installs are published as full case studies: a ten-figure global consulting firm, a multi-location sports academy, and a multinational consumer education company. Two install write-ups carry the rest: What Actually Happens When You Install AI in a Company and How Much Does It Cost to Have AI Agents Built and Run?. Every figure below also appears on the page named underneath it.
A note on the sample. This is what happened when real companies gave one builder access to their systems, their money paths, and their inboxes. It is not a survey of the industry, and figures marked as estimates on their source pages are estimates here too. The 50+ company and 200+ system totals are cumulative counts from Aryan Mahajan's own install records; they are not independently audited, and the three public case studies are a smaller documented subset.
Speed
From kickoff to a working system, and the most common stall along the way.
Scale
The install record behind the published case studies.
Operating impact
What changed inside the companies once the systems were running.
Adoption
Whether the people inside the companies actually used what was installed.
